Profile
With his doctoral-level credentials in both law and clinical psychology, Dr. Kutinsky brings unique experiences and perspective to his work advocating on behalf of disabled physicians and professionals. Dr. Kutinsky previously served as the Wolcott Law Clerk to Justice Carolyn Berger of the Delaware Supreme Court, and as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Alison Whitmer Tumas of the Delaware Family Court. He has also worked for the Disabilities Law Program of Delaware's Community Legal Aid Society.
In addition to his legal credentials, Dr. Kutinsky spent several years working as a therapist treating impaired and addicted professionals. In 2005 Dr. Kutinsky was appointed as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Widener University's Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, where he continues to teach courses on addictions treatment. In 2006, Dr. Kutinsky was elected President of the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology's Alumni Council. He has written on addictions treatment, alternative dispute resolution and standards of practice for forensic psychologists, and has co-authored numerous publications on mental illness and the death penalty.
