Profile
For over eight years Attorney Swift prosecuted professional licensures matters before the State Boards of Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine as assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of State. In that capacity, Attorney Swift was one of only a handful of attorneys that litigated complex physician misconduct cases, including cases involving standard of care, sexual misconduct, addiction and improper prescribing.
Prior to joining the Department of State, Attorney Swift was the supervisor of the Employee Claims Section at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. At the Department of Corrections, Attorney Swift was responsible for commuting and litigating disability claims under the Heart & Lung Act and Act 632.
